Training

Each Library liaison will contact incoming journal editors to coordinate and plan the orientation for senior and junior staff members. The orientation for editors and senior staff will be provided in the Spring (usually sometime in March). The orientation for junior staff members will be provided at the very beginning of the Fall semester (usually just before or just after classes begin).

Interlibrary loan / Document Delivery

ACTEC ILL approval form
For ACTEC staff ; use this form when one of your sources must be borrowed via inter-library loan.
FCR ILL Form
FCR staff - use this fillable pdf to submit to your Research editor for titles not available at Hofstra
JIBL ILL Form
Use this digital form to submit to your Research editor for titles not available at Hofstra. You must include the name of the Reference librarian who approved the form.
Labor ILL Form
For Labor Journal Staff - use this form if one of your sources must be borrowed through inter-library loan.
Law Review ILL Approval
for Law Review staff - use this form and contact your editor directly if one of your sources must be borrowed through inter-library loan.
Make sure to provide the name of the Reference librarian who approved the ILL.

For editors only:

Law Library - Interlibrary Loan ILLIAD request
Only designated research editors may submit an interlibrary loan on behalf of the journal. This editor MUST use the Law School link, not the Axinn Library link.
