These series provides innovative checklist formats to evaluate legal issues.

The High Court Case Summaries contain case briefs an are keyed to all major casebooks.


The Questions & Answers series uses multiple-choice and short-answer questions to test your knowledge in various subject areas.  

The Short & Happy Series explain legal principles, practices and policies in terms you can grasp quickly.


Understanding series covers all of the central concepts and issues of select specific subject areas.


Law School Exams

1.  The Past Exams Archive is available via the Law Library Resources and Past       

      Exams page on Canvas.  Use your Hofstra Portal credentials to access Canvas.

2. On the Law Library Resources and Past Exams page, click the “Past Exam

     Archive” icon.

3.  The exams are sorted alphabetically by professor.  NOTE: Not all professors

      submit past exams to the archive.

4.  Click on the Professor’s name (or folder) to see which exams are available.
