The Advanced Search features in Discovery allow you to perform more detailed and specific searches. The Advanced Search box permits searching via a variety of fields in order to focus your searching. It also allows you to limit search results by format, date, or library.
The advanced searches allow you to search for terms in specific categories. For instance, in the image below, terms are searched as keywords connected by the operator AND, so that the results contain both of the terms. Other possibilities include searching by title, by the author's name, or by ISBN number.
