NCBE: Online Resources & Practice Questions

The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) creates the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE), the bar exam administered in New York State.  The UBE consists of the:

  • Multistate Bar Examination (MBE)
  • Multistate Performance Test (MPT); and
  • Multistate Essay Examination (MEE).  

The NCBE's website contains detailed information on each component of the UBE, sample questions, and subject matter outlines in addition to information on the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE).
